I am Maria Maldonado. I am originally from Puerto Rico. I graduated from The Catholic University of Puerto Rico in 1974, with a Bachelor"s degree in Sociology. Later on I got my certificate on Elementary and High-School Education.

I have lived in Wisconsin for seventeen years. I taught Spanish at Saint John's Lutheran in Glendale for five years. I have been in Our Redeemer for ten years and I love it. I get excited when I see my students looking forward to learn a new language.

I have four children and four grandchildren. During my spare time  I enjoy reading, cooking and during  the summer I love working in the yard and  traveling specially to Puerto Rico.
