Hello!
My name is Alicia Bietz and I am so very blessed to be teaching at Our Redeemer!!! My career in the Lutheran ministry began in baptism at Elm Grove Lutheran Church where I was also confirmed and married. I attended Elm Grove Lutheran School and Milwaukee Lutheran High School. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse with a degree in elementary education in 1986. Prior to my position here at Our Redeemer, I spent 15 years teaching 4th grade and science in the Milwaukee Public Schools. In addition to teaching 6th grade I coach 6th grade girls volleyball.
On a personal note, my husband Michael and I have three sons all of whom graduated from Our Redeemer. Our oldest, Erik (22) is a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corps currently stationed at Marine Corps Headquarters in Quantico,VA. Our twins, Nick and Ethan (19) are sophomores at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Our family enjoys camping, traveling, swimming, and hiking,
