Tuition and Fees
The school fees and tuition costs for the 2012-2013 school year are listed below. Non-member students and member families with more than one student attending the Lutheran School and Educational Services program pay additional fees per year depending on level of services required. Tuition discounts for multi-student families are also listed. An enrollment deposit of $150 per student is due with the enrollment forms. The deposit is non-refundable, but will be applied to your student’s fees. Tuition may be paid in full or in ten payments (August through May.)

· The application deadline for financial assistance present ORLS families is Tuesday, May 1, 2012.

· Tuition families: Tuition may be paid in full at time of registration with a 5% discount (due 8/3/12) or in 10 concurrent monthly payments through SMART Tuition Management. (August -May).
· All families: 2012-2013 ORLS school registration is open from January 25 to Feb. 8, 2012, for current ORLS families. A late registration fee of $50 per child will be charged beginning February 9, 2012.

Financial Aid
ORLS attempts to assist families in making Christian education affordable for their children. All financial aid is need-based. Students must be registered in order to be eligible for financial aid. Paper applications for aid are available February 1st and can be obtained in the finance office or online at www.smarttuitionaid.com. Applications must be submitted online/mailed by May 1, 2012. All requested documentation must accompany the application to be considered for aid disbursal if the family qualifies for the same.
