Vitamin Drive for Nicargua!!!
Dear Our Redeemer Congregation,
My name is Julia Kasprzak. I am a long time member of Our Redeemer and am currently 2nd year Medical Student at UW-Madison.
This
June I will be participating in a primary care medical mission to San
Rafael del Sur, Nicaragua organized by the Christian Medical and Dental
Association. It is anticipated that we will see around 1500 patients in
a period of one week for a variety of ailments. Sadly, most of the
patients suffer from malnutrition.
To
fight this pervasive condition, our medical team would like to give
multivitamins to every child and adult who comes through our clinic. To
do this, we need YOUR help. During the month of May and June there will
be a receptacle in the lobby of the church where you can place the
multivitamins that I will take with me to Nicaragua.
